When will we receive the images after we complete a portrait session?
We take up to 30 days for the delivery of images. If, in case, you wish to get the images on priority, we do have a ‘Quick delivery’ option at an additional charge. To explain, we are covering a lot of shoots per month, hence I really require the time to do justice to the images and deliver a good set to you in 30 days.
Where Are You Based And Do You Travel?
I'm based out of Hyderabad, India. However, I'd love to travel If you want me to photograph your story. However, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place..
Do the portrait sessions include family portraits?
Yes! All our sessions include family portraits that include the Mother, Father and siblings (if any).
How Does The Payments Get Scheduled?
While 80% of the cost of the entire package is to be paid as advance to book & block our dates. The remaining 20% of the cost can be paid against deliverables. Also, we shall inform you 2 days prior to the final deliverables, when ready. The final photography and videography files will be delivered against the complete payment received. *Any changes in the payment schedule is not recommended, because due to delay in payments we may not be able to meet the promised Delivery due dates.
Will There Be Any Additional Chargers/Hidden Charges Apart From Estimation Provided ?
We believe in transparency hence, there won't be any hidden charges. However, In case of events happening out of our origin (Hyderabad) then travel and accommodation charges will be added to the Quote. Additionally, if any service which is not a part of the original scope of work agreed upon at the time of agreement for ex: online web live streaming, Led screens will be charged accordingly.
Do You Have Any Time Restrictions For The Shoot Hours?
Based on our past 10 years of experience in the wedding Industry, we have standardised the time slots for the specific events and work on a slot basis. There’s no restriction to the number of images shot during the events as we prefer to cover the entire process which includes: behind the scenes, makeup, portraits, details of traditional outfit & jewels, décor & guests, etc.

Do You Provide Albums? If Yes, Is It Inclusive In The Package?
Yes, we do provide albums as per your requirements and can be added in the package at additional cost if not provided in the Price Estimation at first stage. However, we suggest you to finalize them post your event celebrations.
When And How Shall We Receive Our Final Deliverables?
We at believe in perfection since we edit each and every picture which involves lots of time and effort from expert editing team. We also know how excited & eager you guys are to replay your beautiful event memories, hence we provide 20-30 Sneak Peak Images for social Sharing within 5-7 Days and All Edited Images from every single event within 8 working weeks and All Edited Full Film along with one Short film within 8 weeks. All your Final deliverables shall be provided in a external hard Drive along with one set of web-resolution Photos with watermark so that you can plug and play on your TV/PROJECTORS or share among Friends and Family in Social Media. If requested We can also Share compressed files over temporary cloud storage so you can download it even from remote areas as well. This way you can safely keep your files for the long run and have easier offline access.
Where will the shoot take place?
We can collaboratively decide a venue to do your session. Either indoors at your home, at our/a studio or outdoors at a park.
In Chennai: We typically shoot at Semmozhi Poonga which has an entrance fee of Rs.2000 for the photoshoot.
In Bangalore: Cubbon park Or Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain park (Raj Bhavan Road)
Any other city: I’m happy to work with your suggestion or I will do due research to help find a great location!
What time do these shoots typically take place for a Maternity Session?
Maternity is best done within 7-8 months.
Will you provide clothing for the Maternity Portrait shoot?
We do have limited gowns on rental for the Expecting mom which you can choose to rent out at Rs.2500 per gown.
You can also choose to wear your own outfits for the shoot.
What kind of clothes should we wear to a photoshoot (Family,Couples)?
Ideally, light and solid coloured outfits look best, for everyone. Whites, creams, beige, peach, light blue, yellow etc look really good. Avoid printed clothing as much as possible to avoid taking the attention away from your expression
Are you flexible with time?
Yes, we are flexible with time as we are working with a Mum-to-be. We do understand if there is tiredness in between shoots. A quick break to rest will be provided if need be.
Do you have props for Maternity Portraits?
My style is to make Maternity portraits natural and simple, as a style or approach.
So we don’t have any maternity props, but we can arrange for the props you require with good notice. These props will come at an additional cost (on actuals) from our vendor.
How many days earlier should we make a booking?
A three weeks notice is good enough if you are flexible about weekdays. But if you are looking for a specific weekends/ a specific date, kindly inform us at the earliest possible, as some dates and weekends get booked out a month or two in advance.
How Many Pictures Will We Receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Can we do both indoor and outdoor locations for Maternity shoot?
Yes, but please ensure to pick the bigger package for the same as it will be extremely rushed to do it in our mini-session package. At my end, I do need time in each location (indoor/outdoor) to give you good portraits.
